RSPT exists almost 9 years and as Personal Trainers we have been able to guide hundreds of people towards their goals. Whether it was weight loss or better sport performance, A tighter shape of their body, raise their vitality and energy or become stronger so that injuries disappear. It is very special for us every time to see the results of all these efforts and see our grow as a person.

In the Personal Training sessions with Rob, I notice that I am stronger in different areas. My body is tighter and more powerful and my balance is greatly improved so I have more control over various movements. I benefit from the training every day, both in 'normal' life and during my sporting activities. That is how I improved my handicap with golf because I have more stability in my body. That is why I hit further and straighter.

I have been training with Rob for several months and I can say in all honesty that he is a great Personal Trainer. He helped me lose 12 kg of body weight and my waist is 18 cm smaller. That is more than I had set myself the goal and hoped to achieve. The jeans I now wear is waistsize 29 instead of 34. I have achieved all that in four months. Thanks to Rob's Personal Training and his knowledge about nutrition, I am in the best shape of my life.
What makes Rob convincing is that exercise is not just a matter of exercise, but that the combination of a healthy mind with a healthy body is crucial for achieving set goals. The pleasure he emits when giving the training is very motivating. Not only did I work from zero to at least three times a week with a lot of fun, I also got a lot more energy, feel super fit and have lost more than 16 (!) kilos.
Rob has given me confidence in my body again. He challenges you to push boundaries but also feels when the pace needs to be slower. I have achieved my goals with a lot of enthusiasm from Rob.
